Beet Terrine is one of our most loved dishes at one of our branded restaurants that has been this light but beautiful and flavorful.

It has a rainbow of roasted beets layered with a wine gelee to enhance its flavors and finishing the plating with baby "coral-like" lettuces and edible flowers from paradise farm.

Chef Rosendale took the opportunity from being so many times down in Key Largo, South Florida, to get inspired and bring to life this gorgeous plate.
