Goat Cheese Twist

To keep things fun in the kitchen, we like to do the twist—the Goat Cheese Twist, that is. We made this deliciously twisted cheese dish for our Modernist Plating & Techniques class in Michigan. Horseradish juice gives the goat cheese a complementary kick, and lemon zest enhances the tart-sweet creaminess of the goat cheese. Get down and do the twist—we think you'll like it!
