Sous Vide Watermelon Mojito
At a recent Miele event in Chicago, we used the vacuum sealing drawer to make these fun, adult-version drink pouches. The strong vacuum pump inside the drawer is a great way to elevate any happy hour. You can also make non-alcoholic versions that are equally fun and delicious! This recipe is for a single drink, so if you're hosting cocktail hour, multiply the quantities by the number of drinks you'll be making.

Watermelon Mojito
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker or glass, muddle the watermelon chunks with the juice of 3 limes and 2 teaspoons sugar. Strain into a glass with cocktail strainer or other small strainer. Stir in mint leaves, then add white rum and ice. Top with Sprite.
Place the mixture into a vacuum bag along with a slice of lime. Seal and then snip one corner of the bag to insert the straw. Serve chilled.
