White Asparagus Ice Cream

This delicious and unique ice cream has been in our restaurants for many years. Its first appearance was during the ACF Chef of the Year competition, where Chef Rosendale won using this ice cream recipe for one of his courses. Incorporating a Pacojet into the recipe will give you an extra smooth, velvety texture, but you can make it using a traditional ice cream maker as well.
