Rosendale Collective has been participating in the Hawaii Food and Wine Festival for years. We love the people, the scene, and the food is always delicious. The concept for our participation changes each year depending on the type of event we are involved in. In years past, we have cooked in many types of events from plated dinners to action stations. This year, we wanted to bring the cooking in front of the guest and create an immersive experience to engage all the senses when people arrived at our station. We wanted them to "experience" our food, not just taste it.
