Corn Pudding ingredients
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
4 ounces butter, melted (1 stick)
1 cup (8oz) Sour Cream, room temperature
1 can cream corn
1 can kernel corn drained
Cast Iron Pan
Preheat the oven to 375 F degrees.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
Placed in a greased cast iron skillet.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes until the pudding has set.
Serve at your next BBQ.
