PINE “APPLE”

The Pine "Apple" dessert was inspired by a dinner for our friends at Dom Perignon in 2021. The pairing called for the flavors of pineapple. We used this Dinara Kasko-designed apple mold to deliver the pineapple taste by mimicking the shape of a traditional apple but bursting with tropical and floral notes of coconut, pineapple, and caramel.
