Sous Vide Midori Honeydew

Midori is a bright-green melon liqueur that was made exclusively in Japan until 1987. The word "midori" means "green" in Japanese, and this liqueur is definitely green and definitely sweet. We think midori + sous vide is the perfect amplification system for the simple summer-ripe honeydew. Just when you thought melon couldn't get any sweeter and juicier, this recipe sends it to honeydew heaven with a simple sous-vide.
