SOUS VIDE POTATOES

This is a great technique and process we used to make at the Greenbrier when the vegetable station gets potatoes, carrots, and rutabaga. We would prep and cook these vegetables and essentially hold them in the vacuum bags until ready to use.

If you think about the time you or someone else spend peelings all your vegetables, cooking them, but may end up not using them all, it is a lot of time lost.
