Sous Vide Watermelon Mojito

At a recent Miele event in Chicago, we used the vacuum sealing drawer to make these fun, adult-version drink pouches. The strong vacuum pump inside the drawer is a great way to elevate any happy hour. You can also make non-alcoholic versions that are equally fun and delicious! This recipe is for a single drink, so if you're hosting cocktail hour, multiply the quantities by the number of drinks you'll be making.
