Tuna Tartare Tacos
This dish was inspired by our trip to Hawaii. Healthy, fresh, and simply prepared. The flavors are light, mild, and overall refreshing with a hint of heat from the tōgarashi.

Tuna Tartare ingredients
Preheat the fryer with fresh oil to 375 degrees F.
Place one wonton wrapper into each slot of a taco fry basket.
Fry until golden brown and crisp.
Once the shells are golden, remove them from the fryer. Season with tōgarashi and salt before cooling.
Place the diced tuna into a stainless steel mixing bowl and refrigerate until you are ready to dress and serve.
Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, lemon juice and lime juice.
Lightly toss the tuna with the dressing and stuff the taco shells with about 2 tablespoons of tartare.
Garnish your tacos with the ginger, avocado, scallions and tōgarashi spice.
Serve and enjoy.
